D4.1 Needs analysis and training requirements definition identifies the capacity-building needs of diverse stakeholders involved in disaster risk management and community resilience. Based on inputs from the RESILIAGE CORE Labs, the report analyses gaps in knowledge, skills and resources, and proposes a tailored set of training topics to address them.
