D2.1 CORE survey: Gap analysis and Inventory of RESILIAGE lessons learned

D2.1 CORE survey: Gap analysis and inventory of RESILIAGE lessons learned identifies existing gaps and opportunities in disaster preparedness and resilience across the project’s five CORE Labs (Belgium, Greece, Norway, Portugal, and Türkiye). Through a comprehensive survey, interviews and analysis of local practices, the deliverable maps current capacities, challenges and expectations related to climate risks and crisis response.

It serves as a valuable reference for local authorities, researchers and civil society organisations by offering grounded insights into vulnerabilities, community priorities and areas for improvement. By combining technical data with socio-cultural perspectives, it highlights the importance of place-based strategies and co-designed solutions.

Overall, it is both a diagnostic tool and a foundation for action, supporting more inclusive, context-aware resilience planning within the RESILIAGE project and beyond.
