PROURB - Brazil
The Urban Ecology Laboratory (LEUr) is one of the research groups that is part of the Postgraduate Programme in Urbanism (PROURB) at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and develops research projects related to precarious settlements, mainly from a socio-climatic perspective, in the context of socio-economic inequalities in Latin America, with special attention to vulnerable groups: the elderly, children and people of African descent.
