RESILIAGE sparks resilience at Trondheim’s Research Fair

On 19–20 September 2025, RESILIAGE joined Forskningstorget (The Research Fair) in Trondheim — Norway’s lively, family-friendly showcase of research and innovation, part of Forskningsdagene. The event gathered universities, research institutes, NGOs and community organisations to spark curiosity, raise awareness, and open dialogue between researchers and society.

Our shared stand carried the title Fare? Gjør deg klar! (Danger? Get ready!), focusing on how individuals and communities can prepare for disruptive events — from severe rainfall and power cuts to local clean-ups — while protecting what matters most in our cultural and natural heritage. Visitors discovered practical tips, took part in short activities, and engaged in conversations about resilience.

Engagement and reach

• Day 1: more than 670 students from primary to high school visited the stand.
• Day 2: a similar number of participants from the general public joined in.

👉 In total, around 1 500 people interacted with RESILIAGE and partners across the two days.

A joint effort

The RESILIAGE presence was a collaborative initiative with NTNU, CERCIS and the Trondheim Red Cross, creating a welcoming and informative space for all ages.
